SCION (sy-on) is derived from the name given to a branch grafted into a strong stock or root source. Grafting allows the “Scion” to bear an abundance of high quality fruit which it could never produce on its own.

SCION The Band is a group of seasoned musicians performing groove oriented jazz at public events, festivals, concert series, business establishments, and more. Each member of this group believes they have been grafted together into the One Strong Source giving them one clear purpose. This band of musicians brings a pleasing variety of gifts, talents, personalities and experience to the stage with a passion to take their audience to a place of joy, hope, reflection and celebration!
